The Admissibility Handshake
- 1. Agent proposes an Action Intent Graph.
- 2. Host evaluates Intent against Boundary Policies.
- 3. Host returns a cryptographic Admissibility Token.
- 4. Agent executes tool, passing the Token as authorization.
